Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Sales & Project Coordinator for a fully remote position focused on LATAM operations. You will support sales administration, track equipment shipments, and manage project documentation while coordinating with U.S.-based leaders, customers, and vendors.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively in English, and excels at juggling quotes, timelines, and multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency with strong written and verbal skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, project coordination, or logistics support.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and cloud documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, enter, and organize customer quotes based on pricing and scope provided by leadership.
• Track quote requests, deadlines, revisions, and customer responses.
• Coordinate equipment shipments with multiple vendors across active projects; maintain tracking records.
• Maintain organized project documentation and records; ensure file naming and version control.
• Provide timely updates to leadership, customers, and vendors and resolve follow-ups.
