Job summary

Expereo International is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to bolster the Sales organization, providing operational and administrative support in a fast-paced telecom environment. This role suits final-year students or recent graduates aiming to start their career in a global company.

The position offers work-from-home options and training opportunities, with a focus on data integrity, quotations, pricing coordination, and cross-team collaboration in English for global interactions.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
• Advanced English required for global interaction.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables; macros are a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain internal back-office systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Support the creation, validation and delivery of customer quotations in a timely manner
• Submit and follow up on availability and pricing requests through to completion
• Coordinate communication across internal teams to meet customer deadlines
• Respond to sales queries with clear, accurate and well-researched information
• Prepare reports and perform data analysis to support sales performance
• Support the quoting and ordering process end-to-end
• Assist in pre- and post-sales activities, including large Internet and SD-WAN opportunities
