Job summary

Sovos Latinoamérica is seeking a Renewals Specialist to manage a portfolio of SaaS accounts, driving retention and growth through expert negotiation and relationship-building. You will collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success to create robust account plans and ensure a seamless renewal experience.

You will proactively identify upsell opportunities, implement renewals best practices, and maintain accurate forecasting to meet quota.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations and collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success to create comprehensive account plans.
• Lead renewal negotiations with professionalism and clarity, partnering across teams to resolve account issues and remove obstacles to successful renewals.
• Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your assigned accounts, leveraging AI tools and customer insights to uncover growth potential.
• Implement renewals best practices that enhance the customer experience, streamline workflows, and improve retention outcomes.
• Maintain operational excellence and predictability in forecasting, consistently meeting or exceeding renewal targets and quota expectations.
• Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and product offerings, using AI-assisted workflows where applicable to stay efficient and informed.
