Varicent is remote and globally focused, seeking an experienced RevTech/CRM leader to own the revenue tech stack and optimize GTM tooling. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to implement, govern, and integrate tools like Gong, Clari, and Ringlead, driving data quality and operational efficiency.

Formación

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
• 3+ years hands-on CRM administration (preferably Salesforce).
• 2+ years building and maintaining cross-system integrations and data quality processes.
• CRM administration: Salesforce object model, flows, validation, permissioning, roles, and reporting; CPQ/forecasting a plus.
• RevTech administration: conversational intelligence, revenue forecasting, sales engagement, enrichment/ABM, routing/orchestration, document automation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage revenue tech stack including platforms for intelligence, forecasting, and automation.
• Interface with vendors, handle renewals, and troubleshoot tool-related issues.
• Promote seamless communication between core tools and enhance interoperability.
• Educate GTM team on workflows and new tool features.
• Act as the liaison for Lead Management processes and build automated lead routing.
