Jeeves Inc. in Argentina seeks a data-driven RevOps Analytics role to connect sales activity with revenue outcomes. You will build dashboards, ensure data integrity across the revenue stack, and surface insights to inform GTM leadership and planning cycles.

You will leverage AI tools to automate reporting, synthesize large datasets, and scale analytical programs beyond a single analyst. The role offers exposure to leadership and cross-functional collaboration across growth initiatives.

Formación

• 2–4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related GTM-adjacent role.
• Hands-on Tableau experience required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience working with CRM data (HubSpot preferred).
• Exposure to incentive compensation modeling or quota attainment reporting is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• English fluency is required; Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards tracking performance across partnerships channel and new growth initiatives.
• Analyze conversion rates, pipeline health, ramp trends, and revenue attainment across programs and segments.
• Provide interpretation and recommendations when programs underperform or trends shift.
• Support quarterly and annual GTM reviews with structured analysis: cohort breakdowns, benchmarks, and forward-looking indicators.
• Contribute to GTM capacity planning and quota-setting cycles: model scenarios and build attainment reports.
• Maintain performance-against-target reporting for growth programs and emerging channels.
• Support variable compensation analysis and partner with Finance for accurate payouts.
• Build and maintain data structures that support rolling forecasts for new/high-growth segments.
