Opsarmy is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) for a remote contractor role. You will audit CRM and revenue systems, resolve data issues, and define governance for complex SaaS workflows. Strong CRM expertise and English communication are required.

Responsibilities include policy alignment, data reconciliation across platforms, and documenting system changes to support billing, CPQ, and ticketing integrations. This is a remote role with global scope.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with CRM platforms including Salesforce/HubSpot.
• Experience leading CRM implementations or migrations.
• Strong knowledge of CRM objects, fields, validation and automation.
• Experience with cross-system data reconciliation across SaaS tools.

Responsabilités

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
