Opsarmy is seeking an experienced Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator to support Revenue Systems (SaaS) in a remote role. The role focuses on CRM operations, data integrity, and cross-system governance across billing, CPQ, and ticketing tools.

The candidate will create clear operational prompts, document complex workflows, and help optimize SaaS revenue processes. Strong English communication and hands-on CRM experience are essential.

Qualificações

• University degree required.
• 1–3 years of related work experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server: modeling, tabular cubes and ETLs.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI required.
• Able to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and define business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create operational prompts and documentation for SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and governance decisions.
• Assess CRM changes impact on billing, CPQ, ticketing and integrated tools.
• Provide insights on system design and governance.
