Job summary

Opsarmy is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support Revenue Systems in a remote contractor capacity. You will audit and optimize CRM and connected SaaS platforms, resolve data issues, and craft clear system prompts and documentation for complex workflows.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience, with strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, and automation, plus experience with multiple revenue systems. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
