APPLY is hiring a Service Desk Engineer to support our enterprise clients on a weekend night schedule. You will triage issues in Jira Service Management, diagnose IT problems, and guide clients through configurations to ensure platform stability across SaaS e-commerce platforms.

The role requires 0–2 years of experience, familiarity with e-commerce concepts, and strong English communication. This is a hybrid/remote-friendly position with occasional on-site collaboration across LATAM.

Formación

• 0-2 years of experience in technical support or IT service desk roles.
• Familiar with e-commerce concepts and terminology.
• Experience triaging issues in a ticketing system.
• Confident in working with vendor platform support teams to resolve issues.
• Strong communication in English and problem-solving mindset.

• Triage issues in the ticketing system and own tickets until completion.
