AgileEngine is seeking a part-time Service Appointment Coordinator to process dealership requests through Zendesk and schedule appointments across systems. You will review customer and vehicle details, locate requests, and ensure accurate data entry across multiple platforms from a remote setup.

Strong attention to detail and fluent English are essential. Responsibilities include monitoring requests, updating statuses, and escalating issues when needed, while maintaining service levels.

Formación

• Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and handling customer information.
• Proven ability to learn new systems quickly and follow documented processes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor incoming service appointment requests via Zendesk.
• Review customer, vehicle, dealership, requested service, date and time details.
• Locate requests in internal CarRX Admin platform.
• Access dealership scheduling websites or platforms.
• Search for existing customer profiles using phone, email, or VIN.
• Enter missing customer and vehicle information accurately.
• Select services and schedule appointments per client request and availability.
• Escalate unresolved cases and communicate issues to internal teams.
• Maintain accurate appointment statuses and complete Zendesk tickets.
