Intento is seeking an experienced Senior Support Representative to own APAC/JST hours, serving as the sole contact during this shift in a 24/7 follow-the-sun rotation with Europe and Americas teams.

You will resolve escalated technical issues for enterprise clients at a B2B SaaS company, handling end-to-end investigations and owning escalations without secondary support during your hours.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on Tier-2 / 2nd-line support in a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience independently investigating and resolving escalated issues.
• Experience managing high-stakes enterprise escalations.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Working knowledge of HTML, RESTful APIs, and debugging fundamentals.
