Cloudbeds is seeking a Website Designer Specialist to join our remote Professional Services team. You will design and launch high-quality hospitality websites for customers worldwide, using our in-house builder and CMS tools.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with a focus on delivering excellent customer onboarding and service delivery. Join a globally distributed team that values innovation, collaboration, and customer success.

Qualifications

1+ years of Website Design and Development experience preferred.
1+ HTML and CSS experience preferred.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Canva preferred.
Experience with CMS such as WordPress, Drupal or Duda preferred.
Background in customer service or professional services onboarding.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Excellent problem-solving skills and emotional management.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize high quality, professional hospitality websites for our customers using our in-house website builder.
Manage website onboarding projects and service delivery timelines for multiple accounts.
Maintain records and manage task systems related to website service delivery.
Communicate with customers via video calls, email, and voice calls.
Assist with website service scoping and inquiries from potential customers.
Investigate website errors or support issues and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and updates.
