Job summary

Cloudbeds, a global hospitality platform, seeks a Mid Market Onboarding Coach to guide mid-market properties through onboarding, training, and adoption of our AI-powered solutions. You will balance hospitality expertise with technical savvy to ensure rapid value realization and high customer satisfaction.

Join a fully remote team of hotelier and CX professionals, collaborating across Onboarding PM, Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a seamless customer journey from setup to ongoing success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hospitality operations experience, preferably in leadership roles.
• 2+ years of SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing software experience preferred.
• Strong emotional intelligence and trust-building with customers at all levels.
• Excellent consultative, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• High learning agility with ability to adopt AI tools quickly.
• Experience with hospitality tech solutions (PMS/CRS/channel managers) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value engagements concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor guiding operational workflows and platform adoption.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding, hypercare, and transition to ongoing support.
• Build relationships with property leadership and stakeholders to drive milestones.
• Act as strategic consultant to identify expansion opportunities post-onboarding.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Success, and Support to implement improvements.
• Deliver consultative training to help customers maximize platform value.
• Leverage AI/tools to reduce admin work and focus on relationships.
