Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through setup and serve as their main contact for follow-up questions. This fully remote role requires clear communication, structured calls, and a drive to help customers operate the platform within about an hour after onboarding.

You will lead 1-hour onboarding sessions, document feedback, and provide post-onboarding support to resolve questions, while maintaining records and following the established process.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding, account management or customer success.
• Strong verbal and written English communication on calls.
• Able to lead structured video or phone calls with business owners.
• Organized and detail-oriented with reliable follow-through on questions.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured one-hour onboarding calls to walk through platform setup.
• Ensure customers complete required steps and can operate independently.
• Provide post-onboarding product support and resolve follow-up questions.
• Document feedback and maintain onboarding status records.
