Cloudbeds is a remote-first company powering hospitality globally. We seek an Account Manager to manage LATAM customers, drive retention, and identify upsell opportunities to grow annual contract value.

You will guide clients through their journey, analyze usage data, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to improve outcomes. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in hospitality, fluent Spanish, and a consultative approach to service delivery across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitality industry experience in operational roles such as Revenue Manager, Front Desk Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage a LATAM portfolio of customers and act as main Cloudbeds contact.
• Identify upsell opportunities to expand annual contract value (ACV).
• Guide customers through their journey with recommendations to improve business outcomes.
• Analyze data and usage to drive platform adoption and reduce churn.
• Coordinate with support teams to resolve escalations and ensure seamless service.
• Gather feedback and feed insights to Sales, Product and Marketing.
