Qualifications

• University degree is required.
• 1 to 3 years of related work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server: modeling, cubes and ETLs.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerBI.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Understanding of business processes and decision impact.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve SIP/VoIP connectivity issues across client tickets.
• Administer and troubleshoot PBX systems at call-flow and trunk level.
• Remotely diagnose network issues and guide clients via phone/screen share.
• Provision and configure IP phones for client accounts.
• Manage client tickets and maintain SLA with clear communication.
• Document issues and solutions in the knowledge base.
