Mascotte is seeking a dedicated remote front-desk for one U.S. veterinary clinic. You’ll be the care coordinator and the client’s first voice, handling calls, scheduling, and follow-ups from home.

You’ll manage client communications empathetically, book visits, navigate care plans, and keep medical records up to date while collaborating with the veterinary team and using practice management software. Remote-ready, no commute.

Formación

• At least 1 year in a veterinary clinic or hospital in front desk/reception roles.
• Experience handling appointment booking, rescheduling, and confirmations.
• Fluent, professional English, with evidence from prior phone-based roles.
• Familiarity with veterinary practice management software and VoIP tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and initiate calls, texts, chats, and emails from pet parents with empathy and clarity.
• Book, reschedule, and confirm visits.
• Explain services and coordinate follow-ups as part of care navigation.
• Build estimates in partnership with the veterinary team.
• Keep medical records and workflows up to date.
