Cherry Assistant is seeking a remote Virtual Patient Concierge & Care Coordinator to support an aesthetics/functional medicine practice. You will manage inquiries, scheduling, and EMR workflows, ensuring high-touch, discreet patient experiences from inquiry through appointment completion.

The role requires proactive, empathetic communication and comfort discussing intimate health topics. The position is fully remote for a Virginia-based client, with structured onboarding and long-term growth

Formación

• 2+ years of patient coordination or front-office experience in aesthetics/med spa or related healthcare.
• Experience managing appointments, EMR workflows, and patient communications remotely.
• Strong English communication with professional phone presence.
• Comfort discussing sensitive health topics using clinical terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for calls, texts, emails, and portal messages, delivering concierge-level patient support.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage appointments with accurate intake and documentation.
• Use Symplast EMR/CRM to manage patient records, bookings, and workflows.
• Ensure correct provider assignment so charts and portal messages route correctly.
• Manage provider calendars and scheduling workflows.
• Set reminders and track labs, follow-ups, and patient requirements.
• Prepare daily schedules and readiness, including confirmations and pre-visit instructions.
• Follow up on scheduling, forms, labs, and outstanding requirements.
• Triage post-procedure and urgent messages per protocol while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
