You will handle inquiries, showings, lease documents, renewals, rent follow-up, and coordinate maintenance with vendors. US property management experience and familiarity with AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi or similar is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leasing or property management in the US residential market.
• Experience with US leasing practices and rental agreements.
• Remote-work experience with collaboration tools required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leasing inquiries, schedule showings, guide applicants.
• Prepare lease agreements, renewals, and related docs.
• Monitor rent collection and address delinquencies.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors and track status.
• Maintain tenant records and provide updates to owners.
• Support move-in/move-out activities and inspections.
• Ensure accurate data in property management systems.
