You will maintain property and tenant records, coordinate routine communications with residents and vendors, track applications and maintenance tasks, and ensure deadlines are met. Candidates should have 2+ years of relevant experience and strong English communication.

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with property management, leasing, maintenance tracking and document systems.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain property, resident and leasing records.
• Coordinate routine resident, applicant and vendor communication.
• Track applications, maintenance requests or leasing tasks within your area of experience.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and deadlines, escalating matters to the responsible team.
