Uptalent.Io is hiring a Leasing & Property Management Assistant to work remotely with a US-based real estate management partner. You will support tenant screening, tour coordination, background checks, and marketing content across listings.

Strong leasing experience in commercial or residential properties is required, with English fluency and familiarity with AppFolio/Asana preferred. We offer flexible hours, remote work, and exposure to a top-tier client network.

Formación

• Prior experience in leasing of residential or commercial real estate, ideally ≥4 years.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets) and strong written/spoken English; Spanish a plus.
• Experience using AppFolio and Asana is a plus; ability to manage marketing content.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants promptly.
• Assist tenants in scheduling property tours and coordinate with the touring team.
• Initiate background checks and reference checks on prospective tenants.
• Provide application instructions and track applicant status in the system.
• Ensure listings are active and renew as needed.
• Assist with creating and monitoring marketing content across channels.
