You will handle bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial reporting while aligned with EST business hours. Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and ProSeries Desktop is required, with private and confidential handling of financial data.

Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. bookkeeping for individuals and businesses.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and ProSeries Desktop required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping for company and clients using QuickBooks Desktop.
• Prepare individual and corporate U.S. tax returns.
• Submit state sales tax filings and reconcile accounts.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and generate reports.
• Coordinate with U.S.-based team and maintain confidentiality.
