Hire Hangar, Inc. seeks a Tax Specialist to support a U.S.-based company remotely, handling bookkeeping, tax returns, and financial reporting. You will work during U.S. Eastern Time hours and collaborate with U.S.-based teammates.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop and ProSeries Desktop, strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations, and excellent English communication. This role is remote from Argentina with flexible scheduling.

• Manage company and client bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop.
• Prepare individual and business U.S. tax returns.
• Complete and submit state sales tax filings.
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
• Review accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized financial documentation for tax and audit purposes.
• Collaborate with team members based in the United States.

This position requires availability during standard U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare individual and business U.S. tax returns.
