Responsibilities

• Manage company and client bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop.
• Prepare individual and business U.S. tax returns.
• Complete and submit state sales tax filings.
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
• Review accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized financial documentation for tax and audit purposes.
• Collaborate with team members based in the United States.
• Ensure all tax filings are completed on time and confidential.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop in a professional setting.
• Strong working knowledge of ProSeries Desktop.
• Prepare U.S. individual and corporate tax returns.
• Understand U.S. federal and state tax regulations.
• Prepare and file sales tax returns.
• Maintain solid bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals.
• Communicate in written and spoken English effectively.
