Overseas is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, provide product information, process reservations, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

The role reports to the Customer Service Manager within the Customer Experience department. A high school diploma is required; prior service, hospitality, or travel experience is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, travel, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional and friendly attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and helpful when handling difficult situations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable using computers, email, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers with requests, reservations, changes, cancellations, and general questions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been addressed.
• Maintain accurate customer information and communication records in company systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity standards.
• Protect customer confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.
