Accenture is seeking a Manager to lead transformation programs for leading telecommunications operators, mainly in North America. You will own end-to-end delivery: shape solutions, lead the team, and be the client’s day-to-day counterpart.

Responsibilities include delivering programs, guiding cross-functional teams, managing senior stakeholders, and shaping platform roadmaps. English proficiency and telecom/enterprise platform experience are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, systems integration or telecom operators.
• 2+ years leading teams or workstreams.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise transformation programs with scope, timeline and quality accountability.
• Advanced English, for senior stakeholder management with US clients.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of a program or set of workstreams, including scope, plan, quality and commercial outcome.
• Lead multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams, setting direction and raising the bar on quality.
• Be the day-to-day counterpart for senior client stakeholders, including director and VP level.
• Shape the solution: define the target operating model and platform roadmap, and make trade-off calls.
• Manage risk, dependencies and escalations across a complex delivery landscape.
• Contribute to business development: proposals, estimations and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coach and develop consultants and analysts, and contribute to the growth of the practice.
