Miratech, a global IT services and consulting company, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our CX-focused team. You will oversee projects in CX and telecom environments, managing both scope-based and Time & Materials engagements to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities include creating detailed project plans, tracking budgets, coordinating with engineering, operations, IT, product, and finance, and reporting to stakeholders.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on project management experience in CX, telecom, or infrastructure environments.
• End-to-end project delivery: scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, and multi-party cutovers.
• Strong communication and leadership; able to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Excel for tracking and financial analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in multicultural and distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full delivery cycle of technical projects, mainly in CX and telecom environments.
• Handle fixed-scope and Time & Materials projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Create and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, owners, and milestones.
• Identify project risks and coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third parties to resolve issues.
• Follow standard project management processes such as scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk tracking.
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, Finance teams, and external partners.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and costs together with Finance teams.
• Prepare project updates, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
