Miratech is a global IT services and consulting company helping enterprises transform through digital initiatives. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee CX and telecom projects, managing both scope-based and Time & Materials engagements.

You will create and maintain project plans, manage budgets, coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams, and report progress to stakeholders. The role offers remote-friendly work within a diverse, multicultural environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on project management in CX, telecom, or infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing technical projects from initiation through closure, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, maintenance activities, and multi-party technical cutovers.
• Strong communication and leadership, with ability to facilitate meetings and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Excel for tracking and financial analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to work in multicultural, distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full delivery cycle of technical projects in CX and telecom environments.
• Handle fixed-scope and Time & Materials (T&M) projects, delivering on time and within budget.
• Create and maintain project plans with tasks, timelines, owners, and milestones.
• Identify project risks and coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third parties to resolve issues.
• Follow standard PM processes such as scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk tracking.
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, Finance, and external partners.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and costs with Finance teams.
• Prepare project updates, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
