Accenture is seeking a Consultant to lead workstreams within large-scale transformation programs for the world’s leading telecommunications operators, mainly in North America. You will work with client stakeholders to redesign how they sell, serve and operate, and implement changes on the platforms that run their business.

This role blends analysis, strategy and delivery across telecom and enterprise platforms, with emphasis on customer operations, sales and service.

Formación

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, systems integration, or telecom transformation.
• Experience in telecom domains or enterprise platform implementations (Salesforce, SAP).
• Advanced English, written and spoken, to work with US clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a workstream within a global transformation program from diagnosis through design to deployment.
• Translate business needs into functional designs, user stories and process flows.
• Redesign customer operations, sales and service processes for B2C and B2B telecoms.
• Drive the functional side of platform implementations: requirements, configuration, testing and adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and communicate progress, risks and trade-offs.
• Contribute to Gen AI use cases embedded into client operations.
