Miratech is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee CX-focused projects, including scope-based and Time & Materials engagements. You will manage full delivery cycles across CX and telecom environments, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 7+ years of hands-on project management experience and strong communication and leadership abilities.

Formación

7+ years of hands-on project management experience in CX, telecom, or related environments.
Experience managing technical projects from initiation through closure, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication.
Experience coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, maintenance activities, and multi-party technical cutovers.

Responsabilidades

Manage the full delivery cycle of technical projects, mainly in CX and telecom environments.
Handle fixed-scope and Time & Materials (T&M) projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Create and maintain project plans with tasks, timelines, owners, and milestones.
Identify project risks and coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third parties to resolve issues.
Follow standard project management processes such as scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk tracking.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, Finance, and external partners.
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and costs with Finance teams.
Prepare project updates, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
