Trinetix is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to coordinate end-to-end customer deliveries in a dynamic, cross-border environment. You will own the delivery lifecycle, collaborating with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to ensure high-quality execution and timely completion.

You will apply your 5+ years in telecom service delivery, IP/Ethernet/DWDM expertise, and field engineering background to optimize processes and drive exceptional customer experience. Fluency in English is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery within telecommunications.
• Proven track record in service delivery or project management.
• Strong understanding of IP, Ethernet, Fibre, DWDM, and colocation infrastructure.
• Experience with network build and design environments.
• Field engineering background with installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in Ethernet & IP services (Layer 2, DIA, Cloud).
• Knowledge of DWDM technology; certifications are advantageous.
• Familiarity with network management systems such as Infinera DNA and Ciena platforms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-border collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own customer deliveries end-to-end and communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of delivery activities and system registrations.
• Supervise orders through coordination with internal units and external suppliers.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate risks or deviations.
• Coordinate field engineers throughout the delivery lifecycle including testing and activation.
• Lead troubleshooting and escalation on delivery milestones.
• Draft project plans and present to stakeholders when required.
• Assist in reporting and manage high order volumes with appropriate tools.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers as part of a cross-functional account team.
