Formación

Excellent English communication skills (C1 for speaking and writing).
At least 1 year of experience in technical customer support.
Video support experience is a plus.
Tech-savvy mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

Provide technical support via email and chat in a professional, efficient manner.
Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers step-by-step.
Ask the right questions to diagnose problems and follow documented procedures.
Escalate complex issues when necessary and document interactions clearly.
Deliver a positive, patient customer experience while managing multiple conversations.
Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality support.
