Influx is seeking a Technical Support Agent to troubleshoot issues, guide users through configurations, and assist with email/calendar integrations on a remote BYOD setup. You will support users across platforms and help ensure smooth operation for international clients.

Formación

• C1 English proficiency in written and spoken form.
• 1–2 years of technical support experience in SaaS/software.
• Experience with platform integrations: Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, iCloud.
• Strong logical and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to guide non-technical users through configurations.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot technical issues for users and guide through resolutions.
• Configure integrations and platform settings with a customer-first approach.
• Assist users with email/calendar tool integration workflows.
• Communicate clearly and patiently, translating tech terms for non-technical users.
