YO AI Labs is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to manage a portfolio of higher-education marketing accounts in a fully remote role for a U.S.-based agency. You will drive technical audits, write developer-ready specs, and guide implementation while building Claude-based workflows that streamline audits, reporting, and QA.

You bring 5+ years in SEO with strong technical focus, hands-on experience with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs/Semrush, and solid WordPress knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO with at least 3 focused on technical SEO across multiple sites.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs/Semrush.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, redirects, and schema implementation.
• Clear written communication capable of drafting developer specs and client-ready recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts, including audits and action plans.
• Write dev-ready specs and ensure fixes are released and verified.
• Handle light WordPress updates: titles, meta descriptions, redirects, and schema.
• Monitor Search Console and GA4 to detect drops, errors, and indexing issues early.
• Design Claude-based tools and workflows for audits, QA, and content production.
• Build scalable SEO systems and train the team on them.
• Join client calls on deep technical topics with the SEO Lead.
• Evaluate emerging search technologies and recommend new tools and processes.
