YO AI Labs is seeking a Technical SEO Lead for a remote role with a U.S.-based higher education marketing agency. You will oversee technical SEO across a portfolio of partner accounts, perform audits, write developer-ready specs, and help build Claude-based tools to automate audits and reporting.

You will monitor Google Search Console and GA4, optimize for AI-driven search, and design scalable systems for SEO delivery across multiple sites.

Formación

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO
• Track record of uncovering high-impact issues and prioritizing fixes
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
• Strong WordPress knowledge: themes, plugins, redirects, and schema

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts
• Run technical audits: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, broken links
• Write dev-ready specs for web developers and client teams
• Handle light WordPress implementation: titles, meta descriptions, redirects, schema
• Monitor Search Console and GA4 to catch drops and indexing problems
• Own technical readiness for AI search (AEO/GEO) and build Claude-based tools and workflows
• Design and build Claude-based tools, agents, and workflows for audits, reporting, QA
• Build content production systems translating briefs into near-publish-ready drafts
• Connect Search Console, GA4, crawl exports, and Ahrefs/Semrush into workflows
• Document systems and train the team to save time and improve results
