Baker Hughes is seeking a seasoned Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong relationships with major operators and drilling contractors.

You will deliver technical presentations, support tender submissions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong ability to interpret wellbore data, drilling KPIs and performance drivers.
• Proven track record in technical sales cycles and influencing engineering/procurement stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex) and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analyses to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
