Kelly Services is hiring an Associate Recruiter for fully remote work across the Americas, aligning schedules with Pacific Standard Time. The role supports high-volume recruiting, sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement while partnering with Hiring Managers to ensure fair, inclusive processes.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of recruiting experience, bilingual Spanish/English, and familiarity with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, or Greenhouse.

Formación

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume or operational hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Proficient with ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse or similar).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles across multiple business lines.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates from job boards, social media, referrals, and Bullhorn.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on needs and ensure inclusive selection.
• Manage candidate communications and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting to drive process improvements.
• Build talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
