OneSeven Tech is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for senior technical contractor roles across Managed Teams and Staff Augmentation. You will source, screen, assess, and present candidates to leadership, working with technical leads on every active role.

The role is fully remote across Latin America, with English-language screens as the hard filter and a 9am–5pm EST overlap. It offers a long-term contract with paid PTO and a referral program.

Formación

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in consultancy or digital agency.
• Fluent English (C1+) with English screens as a hard filter.
• Experience recruiting senior engineering roles (backend/AI/ML/DevOps/architecture).
• Hands-on experience managing a recruiting pipeline in Airtable or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruitment for multiple senior technical roles in Airtable.
• Develop scoring rubrics and screening guides for each role.
• Conduct English-language screening calls and assess depth and fit.
• Coordinate technical assessments (Coderbyte) and present to clients.
• Maintain client-facing and internal documentation.
• Manage inbound applications via GoHire and keep pipeline current.
