Sezzle is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join a fast-paced, AI-enabled fintech environment from Argentina. You will own delivery of complex, data-driven payments and AI-powered features, translating vision into technical plans and collaborating with engineering, data, and design teams.

You will define success metrics, run experiments, and align stakeholders to ship impactful features while navigating evolving requirements in a remote, high-growth setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a technical field is required.
• Strong SQL skills and data interpretation ability.
• 6–10 years of product experience in fintech/payments/AI products.
• Experience with agile environments and AI tools like Claude.

Responsabilidades

• Translate projects into detailed technical requirements and execution plans.
• Partner with engineering, data, and design to build and launch features.
• Own product documentation, user stories, and release management.
• Define KPIs with SQL and monitor product performance.
• Run A/B tests and drive learning loops to measurable outcomes.
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders with clear communication.
• Anticipate risks and dependencies early.
• Collaborate with data and AI teams to bring intelligence into workflows.
