Responsibilities

• Turn insights into experiments to improve onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Run tests in product, messaging, and campaigns; collaborate with PMs and designers.
• Share results clearly and flag when a course correction is needed.
• Document learnings and update team strategy with findings.
