Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a talented Technical Product Manager to translate complex strategies into actionable technical plans for AI-powered fintech and payments products. You will partner with engineering, data, and design to deliver high-quality features, define KPIs, and drive measurable outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 6–10 years in product, deep API/data flow understanding, and experience with Claude or similar AI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
6–10 years product experience in fintech, e-commerce, rewards or AI-enabled products.
Experience working in agile, engineering-heavy environments.
Experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools.

Responsibilities

Translate projects, initiatives and quarterly rocks into detailed technical requirements and execution plans.
Partner with engineering, data, and design to build, test, and launch high-quality features.
Own technical product documentation, user stories, and release management end-to-end.
Use SQL and data analysis to define KPIs, validate hypotheses, and monitor product performance.
Run A/B tests and experiments to drive learning and measurable outcomes.
Ensure alignment across engineering, operations, and stakeholders with clear communication and prioritization.
