Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a Technical Product Manager to bridge strategy and execution in data-driven fintech, shopping, and payments products. You will own delivery of complex, AI-powered features, translating visions into technical plans, and partnering with engineering and data teams to ship measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical discipline (required).
• Deep technical understanding of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort querying and interpreting data independently.
• 6–10 years of product experience, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI-enabled products.
• Experience working with Claude or equivalent LLM tools is required; comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate projects, initiatives and quarterly rocks into detailed technical requirements and execution plans.
• Partner with engineering, data, and design to build, test, and launch high-quality features.
• Own technical product documentation, user stories, and release management end-to-end.
• Use SQL and data analysis to define KPIs, validate hypotheses, and monitor product performance.
• Run A/B tests and experiments, driving learning loops from idea to measurable outcome.
• Ensure alignment across engineering, operations, and stakeholders through clear communication and prioritization.
• Anticipate technical risks, edge cases, and dependencies early—and manage them proactively.
• Collaborate with data and AI teams to bring intelligence and automation into product workflows.
