Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a talented Technical Product Manager who blends product curiosity with technical depth. This role connects strategy to delivery in a fast-paced fintech environment, owning data-driven, AI-powered payments and shopping products.

You will translate visions into technical plans, collaborate with engineering, data and design, define KPIs, run experiments, and ship high-quality features that drive measurable results while aligning stakeholders and managing risks.

Qualifications

6-10 years of product experience, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI-enabled products.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a technical discipline (required).
Strong SQL skills and ability to query and interpret data independently.
Deep understanding of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows.
Experience with Claude or equivalent LLM tools for AI-enabled productivity.

Responsibilities

Translate projects and quarterly rocks into detailed technical requirements and execution plans.
Partner with engineering, data, and design to build, test, and launch high-quality features.
Own technical product documentation, user stories, and end-to-end release management.
Use SQL and data analysis to define KPIs, validate hypotheses, and monitor product performance.
Run A/B tests and experiments to drive learning loops from idea to measurable outcomes.
Maintain alignment across teams through clear communication and prioritization.
