Abstra is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to guide the evolution of our exam development platform. You will lead technically while remaining hands-on, mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence.

The role emphasizes architecture decisions, best practices, and collaboration with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software development with C# and Angular, experience leading initiatives, and strong cloud experience with Azure.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on C# and Angular.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring developers, or acting as a technical lead.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET; experience designing RESTful APIs and Azure cloud services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of web applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and Azure.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for the engineering team.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to define technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Participate in system design, architecture reviews, and technical planning sessions.
• Ensure application scalability, security, maintainability, and performance.
• Mentor and coach software engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows; contribute to hands-on coding as needed.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the platform and engineering ecosystem.
