AgileEngine is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a squad building backend services in Java and Spring Boot, with an Angular frontend. This person balances hands-on architecture work, including domain-driven design and RESTful API patterns, with day-to-day mentorship of the team.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Squad Lead with mentoring responsibilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and working knowledge of Angular, with ≥4 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Strong grasp of OO analysis/design, design patterns, and architectural awareness.
• Experience with domain bounded contexts and domain-driven design.
• Proven ability to design and consume RESTful services with standard API protocols.
• Experience building apps with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and JPA/Hibernate.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Squad Lead; drive delivery while upholding high engineering standards.
• Design and implement robust backend services using Java/Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain the Angular frontend ensuring UI-backend cohesion.
• Lead the shift to domain-driven structures with clear bounded contexts.
• Architect RESTful APIs with proper HTTP semantics and scalable patterns.
• Mentor juniors and promote best practices within an agile team.
• Know when to push back for architectural integrity and best practices.
