Aubrant Digital is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to own the architecture of complex technology engagements, guiding decisions across services, data, and AI workloads. You will write production code, mentor engineers, and drive ADRs while aligning with client stakeholders and Aubrant's standards.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will set engineering standards (IaC, CI gates, API contracts) and lead reviews, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance in regulated environments.

Formación

• Requires Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and strong English communication (85%).
• 8+ years in engineering with at least 3 years as technical lead on multi-team delivery.
• Expert in Azure architecture including AI/Foundry, Document Intelligence, AI Search, Cosmos DB and Entra ID.
• Proven track record delivering complex software with ADR-driven decisions, event sourcing, and SOC 2 mappings.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical success of engagements across services, data, and AI components.
• Drive ADRs for architecture decisions and document them.
• Lead architecture review boards and resolve cross-team design dependencies.
• Set standards for trunk-based development, IaC (Terraform/Bicep), CI gates, and API contracts.
• Lead code and design reviews; enforce quality gates and SOC 2 control mappings.
• Plan delivery cadence and orchestrate build/release windows under production constraints.
• Mentor engineers on Azure architecture, HITL design, and durable orchestration.
• Run agile delivery in 2-week sprints with monthly stakeholder demos and post-go-live support.
