AgileEngine is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a squad building backend services in Java and Spring Boot, with an Angular frontend. The role blends hands-on architecture with day-to-day mentorship and strong agility.

You will drive design toward domain-driven design, lead RESTful API patterns, and push for engineering excellence while collaborating with global teams on modern tech and scalable solutions.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Squad Lead; mentoring junior developers.
• Advanced Java (Spring Boot) and Angular; 4+ years of experience.
• Hands-on Kafka and RESTful services; OOAD and design pattern knowledge.
• Relational databases experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle; familiarity with JPA/Hibernate.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Squad Lead, driving delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Design and implement backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain the Angular frontend and ensure UI-backend harmony.
• Lead the shift to domain-driven design with bounded contexts.
• Architect RESTful APIs with proper HTTP verbs and scalable patterns.
• Mentor juniors and promote Agile practices and growth.
• Push back when needed to preserve architectural integrity.
