AgileEngine is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a squad building backend services in Java and Spring Boot, with an Angular frontend. This person balances hands-on architecture work, including domain-driven design and RESTful API patterns, with day-to-day mentorship of the team.

The role calls for someone comfortable making technical calls and standing behind them. You will lead the transition toward a domain-driven structure, design scalable APIs, and work closely with global teams on modern

Formación

• Proven experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead with mentoring skills.
• Advanced Java (Spring Boot) and Angular, 4+ years in relevant work.
• Hands-on with Kafka and RESTful service design.
• Strong OOAD, design patterns, and domain-driven thinking.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/Oracle and JPA/Hibernate.
• Upper-intermediate English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Squad Lead, driving delivery with high engineering standards.
• Design and implement backend services in Java/Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain Angular frontend, ensuring UI-backend cohesion.
• Transition to domain-driven structures with clear bounded contexts.
• Architect RESTful APIs using proper HTTP verbs and scalable patterns.
• Mentor juniors, promote agile practices, and advocate best practices.
