You'll work across marketing and creative roles, using AI and sourcing tools to scale while maintaining a personal touch.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.

• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep pipelines organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle large volumes while keeping a personal touch.
• Track what works and adjust approach based on data.
