atomic HR is seeking an entry‑level Talent Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage candidates across roles in marketing and creative fields. You’ll craft personalized outreach, test messaging, and post roles to attract the right applicants.

You’ll review applicants, keep pipelines organized, and leverage AI tools to scale while maintaining a personal touch. Remote role from Latin America, part‑time to start (20–30 hrs/week) with hourly contractor pay in USD.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand who the ideal candidate is and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people actually apply.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to work through a large volume without losing the personal touch.
• Track what's working, and change your approach when the numbers say so.
